Equine Fusion begins at Fusion LifeSpa with a traditional Japanese Tea Ceremony. The ancient energy of natural teas offers a time to relax, lower stress, calm nerves, and nurture body and spirit, preparing you for your day. A short limousine ride transports you through the country and brings you face to face with one the greatest mythical creatures of all – the horse. The horse’s ability to impart wisdom is renowned and can be a guide for living life fully and deeply. Through your personal horse experience, you have the opportunity to learn the significance of mindfulness, present awareness, and intuition. After your horse experience, enjoy the opportunity to relax in nature, observe horses, and dine on a prepared lunch.
