COVID 19 PROTOCOLS
We at Fusion LifeSpa take your health and the safety of our staff seriously. We have worked diligently to update our already rigorous sanitation and safety standards.
SPA SAFETY PROTOCOLS:
- Installed HEPA filters and UV disinfecting lights in our air systems throughout our entire spa
- Added an additional 15 minutes per service to thoroughly disinfect the rooms between each guest with medical grade disinfectant
- Installed acrylic shields in the retail area and nail room
BOOKING APPOINTMENTS:
Should you have experienced a cough, fever or been in contact with anyone exhibiting those symptoms, we ask that you wait 14 days before coming to the spa.
Our cancellation policy is now 24 hours. We want to ensure that everyone that wants an appointment, gets an appointment and our staff are properly compensated.
AFTER EACH SESSION:
The entire treatment room is disinfected.
Your service provider will assist you with products from the retail area. If you would like to browse the retail area, please be mindful of social distancing. We will help take care of everything for you.
